Anyone who goes to virginia tech? i have a teaching major question?

so i got accepted to vt and am very strongly considering going there. i want to be a special education teacher. but i am trying to decide between there and radford. radford has a 5 years masters program for getting my teaching license for special ed. but i'm having problems finding info on tech's website. how long is their program? and my major there is human development. it says its for teaching. but there is also the teaching and learning major at the school of education. that is also for teaching. which one would be better for what i'm wanting to do? this is confusing me and making it hard to compare the 2 schools. thanks!
