Would you take me back if another guy fingered me? ( GUYS )?

Well me and my boyfriend Alex have been going out for 3 months but we were in love with each other for a year. I let this guy Shawn finger me. I told my boyfriend because he deserves to know. He said he wouldnt take me back because i let him finger me because my excuse was " I wasnt thinking at the time but i love you " I was crying and begging for him to just keep on talking to me and hes like i love you too but you did me wrong and i dont understand why you would do it if you really loved me you wouldnt and i said trust me i do love you i just wasnt thinking and he took me back even tho he dosent act as happy as before when i asked why he said hel try to forgive but he will never forget and now its just okay behavior. Would you have taken be back ?
