Can you name a character the same as another character in someone elses book and not get sued?

I mean I want to name my character's daughter Nessarose but I want to say she named her that because she's a big Wicked fan. I was going to do it with either that or with the name Ophelia from Hamlet but I'm not sure though. But can I get sued if I do it?
