Is this right...well; not right but acceptable?

Ok me and my friends are suppose to be studying Frankenstein for english...well we are aloud to go outside and read aloud in the hall way and well we found out that one of the computer rooms never lock and now we are all on the computers...well we never really read aloud anyways so is this alright...or are we horrible people
