i think they were all her true loves..each was a love during a part of her life..people change over a course of time..ideologies,interests. they say most people develop new friends every 7 years..i think that to show elizabeth married richard burton twice..there was a special bond.i think elizabeth loved more than her partners..i don't really understand the senator warner romance..each marriage had deep pion and horrendous battles and conflicts..at one point elizabeth was going to be buried in Switzerland next to richard..i think this showed how she felt about him..oh, well..you know that with each husband..she claimed...'he is the best lover'.'my soul mate'..i found that hard to believe with the senator...i myself think Elizabeth's true love was herself..and there nothing wrong with that.
