Can i get in trouble with a debit company if they see that i have an income but it is under the table?

i am a nanny and college student. i have been wanting to meet with a consumer credit company to consolidate my credit card debt. the problem is that i get paid in cash under the table and do not claim taxes, either do my bosses. if i meet with this compny and tell them that my income is under the table and i dont pay taxes are they going to report me to the irs? this is a not for profit company by the way.
