I got hacked and im scared :(?

Okay, so i was trying to get a free minecraft account(i know, i know, im stupid) and i downloaded a file. Not only did it not work, but all the sudden my webcam came on. A message appeared on my computer that said LOL I SEE YOU!!! i got freaked out. He said " LOL your webcam is on!!" and "I can still see you :)" I quickly shut down my computer and done a factory restore(a restore where all files are wiped from your comp, even windows 7, and you gotta redo it all.) Im running on my neighbors ip adress cause its wireless, and as SOON as i got back in to my comp i scanned it with mcafee and it said it was fine. Im afraid of the hacker tracing me back to my home adress, i dont want to get robbed/murdered/abducted. am i going to be okay? Thanks!!! (Oh and the webcam hasnt came on or anything now, its like my comp is brand in new)
