Serious Computer Problems?

When I turn on my laptop there is immediately an error message that says that the computer will be shut down in sixty seconds due to NT Authorization/ System. I can't get it to stop, and I can't work with the computer and uninstall it with McAfee because it shuts down so fast. Anyone have a similar problem and know how to fix it?
