How do you tell a guy you want to make out without actually saying,do u want to make out?

i cant get this guy to make out wit me cuz i wont tell him straight on.. he told me he likes me and he has nvr madeout b4 he sez we shud go out nxt year cuz of the height differnce but i dont care if hes shorter than me... its hard to tell if he likes me a lot but ... well as u can c i need a lil bit of advice...
