Can anyone tell me what these mystery bumps are?

I just realized that i have about 13-15 small red bumps on the right ride of my stomach and hip. No its NOT chicken pox, nor is it shingles, fleas, or an std. My roommate whos sitting 2 feet from me is completely fine. Anyone know what the hell it is!?!?!?
