Hard math help please help?

Sup guys my teacher told us how he did the grades so I wanna know my epic fail grade. He said he would give everyone 30 percent grade for partcipation and hw. The other 35percent was the midterm which i got a 76 on. The last 35percent was two hard tests we took. One I got a 8 and the other one I got a 56. What's my final grade?
