How tolerant should we be of intolerance?

Every day I am amazed at the great people I am acquainted with. The selflessly give time to those who need help. But there are also an equal number of people who would sooner destroy the care of a shelter or clinic. Tolerance admittedly has its limits as hate radio, s, bigots, and xenophobes raise their power and destroy this country. We have only had 2 years of healing for eight years of pain. Isn't it time we wake up?
