Very sad news..i was pregnant, and now i am not?

i was thinking last night when the bleeding started again it was af, well around 3 this morning i was having bad pains not so much blood, well around 1pm today i felt like i had to pee and was soaked in blood...i was bent over with pain, called the nurse hotline they said come to hospital, i went to bathroom and tissue and tiny litle almost black clots came out, and then something that looked like a g but greyish covered in blood and tissue came out. i called them back and they said that was un-mistakingly a miscarriage. so i guess my intuition was right. i was pregnant. now i am not. and i knew something was wrong all night i just felt uneasy very nauseaus. i am sad but i wanted to let you know what was going on, thanks for all the emails and thoughts.
