What do I do if I was given a speeding ticket without letting me explain what happened?

unfortunetely the policy (as far as I know) is pretty much "ticket now, questions later". In other words, the officer isn't really required to ask you why you were speeding.. unsure of how court will handle it but I don't think anything will justify 90mph in a 55mph zone.
