Which is the better treatment for my colon adenoma problem, thank you.?

I had a colon tubular adenoma at 75cm with focal moderate dysplasia, it is 10mm in size, flat and pathnology report says there is no evidence of high grade dysplasia or malignancy. Is it better to have it cautery or surgery ? I am looking forward to hearing from your good advice from readers who have the experience, thank you very much.
