Confused? In what episode of glee do Quinn and Puck actually sleep together?

I just rewatched episodes 1-4 of the first season of glee and they never actually did it, if you know what I mean. I just think that it would be hard to imply that they were together? I don't even know- is it in the pilot? thxsomuch
