Tell your parents or guardian and ask to be taken to the hospital asap because you wont' die from blood loss but your wound might get infected (even if you cleaned it yourself) and if it does, that's going to create a real mess. I'd suggest you be very careful if you do play soccer tomorrow morning. Can you get to a doctor tonight? You can tell him about your soccer game and he can tell you if you should lay it off or get in the game. Your questions aren't stupid, by the way.
