Yes. You can wear a 14, only it won't be as clear as the 14.5. It shouldn't be a problem because the contact itself is the same. Just not the strength. BC=Base curve, which you find out on your prescription from the doctor. This never changes so you can look on any prescription or even call the doctor. Good Luck!
