there are few items ur brother may like and affordable . Here are some i know , a zippo lighter , nightvision binocular , a winding pocket watch ( those people used in old days ) or maybe a good watch ( with special features ). I hope ur brother likes these but i reccomend a zippo lighter ( gold or silver is best ).
