He probably wouldn't talk to you or treat you the way you described if he had no feelings for you. Communication at that level (especially the part about the ual jokes) usually involves some kind of attraction. He's probably just shy, not ready, confused, or playing hard to get (which is something that we guys should avoid). So since you're asking if I think he likes you, the answer's yes. But if you want to know how much he likes you, why don't you ask him about all the signs you he's giving you. Start the conversation with a light tone then see where it leads to.
