Holiday Destination?

Does anyone know of a good holiday destination for a family of 3 where parents can relax and child (14) can go and have fun. Child is sporty if that helps and we are all a bit of a sun worshiper so somewhere hot would be nice been Bulgaria past 3 years but want a change. Any suggestion will do.
